Varkala dose not have an own Airport, Trivandrum International Airport is the nearest to Varkala, at a distance of around 60 km. Visitor who prefer flying to Trivandrum Airport for visiting Varkala.

By Road

Varkala is located just 45 km from the National Highway 47 and has regular buses from Cochin Trivandrum & Alleppey. If you are planning to visit Varaka beach by road, you should make it to bus stand in Varkala.
Regular Bused are ply from the cities of Kochi, Kottayam and Alleppey, etc.

By Rail

Varakala has its own Railway station and its well connected with all mojor places in India. The Railway station is located just 5 km away from the Varakala Beach
